2021-2023 // Interaction Design

During my time at Ceros, a leading no-code design platform for creating interactive and motion-rich content, I was able to work with many clients to transform their mediocre PDFs and internal content into more dynamic and engaging digital experiences. Ceros allowed us to build visually compelling and interactive media without the need for coding.

Here are snippets and selected samples of the work I did while at Ceros. Due to NDAs, I am unable to share the complete files, but please contact me if you would like more details.

DoorDash

DoorDash

In early 2022, Doordash faced a user engagement issue with lengthy PDFs, tips, and checklists for merchants. They requested an engaging merchant education series for internal channels. Our research showed most merchants used tablets or mobile devices to interact with Doordash and track orders. The deliverables included:

- Rebranded and Interactive PDFs for both mobile and tablet
- Animated illustrations for educational materials
- Adding interactive elements in flow to make material digestible and easier to flow

Through task analysis, DoorDash found that merchants were consistently improving in task time, completion rate, and error rate, spelling out success for our educational update.
